Clara Garza, 93, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas. She was born on August 12, 1925 in Escobares, Texas. She will be dearly missed by all whom were blessed to be in her life. She is preceded in death by husband Anastacio Garza, sons Angel and Alvaro Garza, and siblings Luis, Kino, Amalia, Marcella, and Mike.
She is survived by sister in law Alicia Munoz, brother in law Luciano Garza and six children: Maria Angelica, Angelita, Alonzo, Anastacio Jr., Anita, and Ana. Also left to cherish her memories are her grandchildren: Anita, Lucio, Sally, Geraldo, Alfredo, Ruben, Diana, Alvaro Jr., Jessica, Hermelinda, Luis, Antonio, Anastacio III, Clarissa. 33 Great grandchildren, 22 great greatgrandchildren.
We will miss her gentleness, her embrace and her smile. However, we will carry her memories in our hearts forever.
Visitation will be at Rodriguez Funeral Home in Escobares, Tx. on Thursday September 27, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be on Friday September 28, 2018 at Sacred Heart Church in Escobares, Tx. at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Escobares Cemetery.
